Obituary

Shirley Ann Mara, age 91, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on December 11, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip S. Mara; daughter, Lisa A. Mara (Sykes); parents, Louis and Julia (Bainey) Miller; and sisters, Dolores Pezzutti and Julia "Pinki" Miller. Shirley is survived by daughter, Gina Pavleski, and Gina's children, Adrienne, Anthony, and Angela, and her grandchildren, Mason and Carter; Lisa Mara Syke's children, Grady (Kristi) and Bradley (Teodora); and sons, Philip (Michael Coyne) Mara and Matthew (Judy) Mara and their children Molly (Matthew) Parrilli, Joseph (Cara), and Matthew L.; and their granddaughter, Ava Parrilli. Shirley worked in real estate and title work. She thoroughly enjoyed playing cards, golfing and bowling, socializing, happy hours at many lakes, and celebrating holidays and birthdays with her family and friends. She lived her life to the fullest surrounded by family and countless dedicated friends. The family will receive friends on Friday December 15, 2023 at the John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W. 5th Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43212. A Funeral Mass will be held the next day at the Immaculate Conception Church, 414 E. North Broadway Columbus, Ohio 43214 at 10 am. A private interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens 5600 E.
