Obituary
Robert Nardini Gallo, age 96 passed away February 23, 2023. His wishes are to thank God for a wonderful life, loving parents Oreste P (O.P.) and Hazel. The youngest of six children he had two sisters; Norma and Rita and three brothers; Oreste (Paul), Joseph, and Francis (Bo). He looks forward to seeing the love of his life Concetta (Tina) Columbro his beautiful wife. He was especially proud of his children, Oreste (Rusty), Joseph, Sue, and Joyce. Each of them married exceptional individuals who fostered family exactly as he pictured it. Daughters-in-law include Karen and Joy Gallo. Sons-in-law include John Vouis, Dave Borders and Brad Brandt. From that group he received 11 priceless grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Coming from a large family he was also very close to many of his nieces and nephews. Robert was a World War II veteran and a member of St Brendan Catholic Church, Guild Athletic Club, American Italian Club and the Geezer Golf Group. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Brendan the Navigator Church, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. A procession will follow to the Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel inside St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137 for his final committal. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com
