Phyllis Nancy Pataki passed away peacefully June 12 , 2024 at her home in Upper Arlington, Ohio. She was born July 1, 1931 to Dominic and Josephine (DiMotillo) Palumbo of Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Holy Rosary High School in 1949. She was a dear wife of 50 years to John Pataki Sr. who passed away in 2002 and beloved Mother to John Pataki Jr, Susan Trimmer, and Judy Layton, Grandmother (Maw-maw) to Josh Trimmer, Joe Trimmer, Jennifer Trimmer, and Austin Layton, and Great-grandmother to Corbin Trimmer and Brecken Trimmer. Phyllis will be remembered for her beautiful smile and infectious laugh. She had an unparalleled love for gardening. She also enjoyed reading, politics and crossword puzzles. She was loved by everyone she met throughout her life. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Wounded Warriors project.
