Phillip Gallicchio, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005 at Winchester Place Nursing Home. Phillip fought for the Navy in WWII aboard the U.S.S. Patoka. He was a private contractor and was also a talented carpenter and worked for the City of Columbus. Phillip was an avid golfer and gardener as well as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents Dominic and Mary, brothers Raymond, Marion, Robert, Joseph, Anthony(Jenny), Mike(Margaret) and brother-in-law Lyle Vradenberg. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years Rebecca, daughters Victoria D.(Michael)Kader, Valorie D. Gallicchio, Phyllis A. Gallicchio, Marianne Gallicchio, brother James(Livia), sister Lucille Vradenberg, sister-in-laws Geraldine, Jean, Betty, and Polly, grandchildren Michelle N. Kader, Sarah R. and Chelsea G. Cottrill, Katie(Nick) Hilton, great-grandchildren Kyle Phillip Locke, Haley N. LaPointe and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday March 6th, 2005 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Noon on Monday, March 7th 2005 at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel(within the St. Joseph Cemetery), 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio.
