Obituary
Patricia Louise Hebert (Lodge), age 76, went to be with Jesus on May 6, 2011. Resident of Columbus, OH and Mt. Gilead, OH.
Patricia attended St. Aloysius Grade School and graduated from Holy Rosary High School in 1953. She was a long time member and volunteer at St. Matthias Catholic Church, St. Christopher Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she taught Sunday school. Patricia was also a perpetual member in the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary and Concilium Legionis Mariae. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her children; Susie Reid, Austell GA, Debbie (Mike) Blubaugh, Hebron OH, Pamela (Ed) Dory, Atlanta GA, Sam (Debbie) Hebert, Hilliard OH, Julie (Mike) Watkins, Chicago IL. Grandchildren; Jayme Reid, Jessica (Josh) Creed, Jodi (Jon) Freiman, Patrick Russell, Andrew Blubaugh, Emily Blubaugh, Brad Hebert, Abby Hebert, Silia Dory, and Evan Dory. Great-grandchildren, Lily Creed, Landon Freiman, and Lily Freiman. Also survived by sister Ann (Ken) Johnson, sister-in-law, Faith Opp, brothers-in-law, Rollie (Sandy) Hebert, Mickey (Barb) Hebert, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. She is preceded in death by husband Samuel Raymond Hebert Sr., son; Timothy Hebert, parents; Fred and Ruth Lodge (Sullivan), and sister; Dorothy Shampine (Lodge). The family will receive friends during calling hours THURSDAY May 12, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM with a saying of the Rosary Prayer at 7:30pm. John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 West 5th Ave. Columbus, OH 43212. The Funeral Mass 12:00 PM, FRIDAY May 13 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue, Rev. Fr. Dean Matthewson, Presider. Interment immediately following, at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High Street. Contributions in memory of Patricia can be sent the Patricia Louise Hebert Memorial Fund 1177 W. 5th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43212. Contributions will be given to the Concilium Legionis Mariae. The Legion of Mary Child Safeguarding Policy aims to do everything possible to provide a safe environment for children and young people, where they are cherished and encouraged to become involved in the life of the Catholic Church. My sympathy to all of you for the loss of your dear mother. She was a volunteer for me in St. Matthias Library many years ago and took piano lessons from me. She was a lovely person and we shared many happy hours together. May she enjoy her eternal reward!
