My son, Kerry Boyle was a life long friend of Matt’s. They were buddies all through St. Andrew and Watterson and throughout their lives. They loved sports-football and baseball with Jim often their coach. Matt and their group of great friends spent a lot of time at the Boyle house. What a sweetheart Matt was. He will be missed by so many. Jim and Janet we hold you in our hearts. Matt, you can talk sports with Tommy Boyle in Heaven.

Matt, you will be greatly missed on the go live support calls as we transition these mills from 3.0 to 4.0. I will truly miss meeting you in the breakroom when I go to grab coffee and you are in there making your tea. I will be sure to have a cup of tea in the office everyday after lunch to celebrate you! I will leave this letter in hopes that it brings your family some comfort.
"I wanted to let you know that I have moved. I was received by my Father, who informed me that my new home is ready and that I can move in immediately.
You all know that I have been sending up my timber, packing up, and getting ready to go. Some of the timber was too broad, too thick, or not long enough. There were some finishing touches that only the Chief Architect, Jesus Christ, could do.
My new home is ready and it is a beautiful sight to behold. It is located in an exclusive area just off a serene celestial shore and it sits behind a beautiful pearly white gate.
Of course, the streets are paved with gold and every day is Sunday, so I have been told.
I have lived many places before, but none can compare to my new home.
I will have to cut this note short because I have to get fitted for my new wings."
Let me give you my new address
Matthew Rayl
27 Jesus Way
Godstown, Heaven
P.S. I do not have a cell phone number yet, but just give God a call and I will receive the message. If you do not have his number, He is listed in the bible on every page!

Had the honor of working with Matt for nearly ten years. Matt was a brilliant mind, a hard worker and a kind person. His passion for excellence inspired us all and his generosity with his time and business expertise was a gift to everyone around him.
He was an extraordinary individual and a leader who left an indelible mark on the people he interacted with and the organization. His absence will be deeply felt in the office.
May his memories bring you comfort, peace and strength in the days ahead.
Rest in peace, Matt!

Matt
I have already missed seeing you in the break room every morning to make our oatmeal. It was certainly a pleasure to share a great career at IP with you.
To his family please find comfort in Revelations 14:13 "on the other side, they will find rest from their labor and their deeds will follow them"
A good verse for the way he lived his life.

Matt and I were such good friends growing up. Such different people yet clicked right along. That’s the kind of kid Matt was. He loved everyone. Even though I have not talked to Matt in years I feel a great loss in my soul. He was part of my St. Andrew family. I can’t imagine the loss you all feel. I will say my thoughts and prayers are with you but honestly I find that means very little. I will say, Matt mattered in my life, my life is better because of Matt. I miss my friend. I wish you all peace.
