Please accept my sympathies on the loss of Marge. My late parents, Bill and Ruth Oursler, were instrumental in the start of Sweet Adelines - my mom being a singer and costume expert and my dad being the initial director. I remember meeting the Mahers when I was a little girl. I had foot surgery, and your family loaned me a pair of crutches. Mr. Maher showed me a garage full of rocks and gave me several, helping me label them and telling me their history. I still have some. Very sweet people. It sounds as if your mom had so much love to give, and that should be a message to us all. Bless you in your time of sorrow. Doris Oursler

I have nothing but wonderful memories of your parents, especially during a period in the 1960s when I was an active member of the Singing Buckeyes and the Wayfarers quartet. At the invitation of your mother, our foursome, Barry Porter, Tom Ewald, the late Frank Martin and I visited and sang for your father just a few days before he died. Your mother was a great lady. You are justified to be extremely proud of both your parents.

Greetings and condolence for the loss of your dear mother. In the late 60s thru 80s I always looked forward to seeing you and Margaret at Buckeye and JAD gatherings. I knew there was always a big hug from each of you. She would have loved my new quartet, "Sound House." Maybe you will get to hear us some day. You have always been a special lady in my heart. May God comfort you and yours.
In Christ's love,
Mike

Mary Ann, just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you. I'll never forget the lost feeling when we buried my Mom after her long bout with cancer. There's always some relief because you know they are not in pain anymore but then there's that awful sadness. You will wonder what to do with your time now, I know I did because I went to my Mom & Dad's house everyday after work for 2 yrs.
Hang in there and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

It is very difficult to lose a love one. My Mother left when she was 56 and I still feel her letting all know that everything is heavenly. Even though I did not know your Mother, I do know, from the words you have spoken and this beautiful memorial, she will be loved forever.
