Leonard Joseph "Leo" Gallucci, Jr., age 72, born June 24,1953, greeted his Lord and Savior unexpectedly on October 2, 2025. A 1971 graduate of West High School in Columbus, Ohio. Leo was a lifelong entrepreneur who, alongside his brother Jimmy, created Gallucci Custom Homes and Ledgestone Development. Over the years, they built well over a hundred custom homes and poured their hearts into each one. A devoted and "rabid" Ohio State Buckeyes fan, he was fortunate to witness four national championships. Leo will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, love of laughter, and easygoing spirit that drew people in wherever he went. He had a smile that could fill a room and a way of making everyone feel instantly at ease. Casual and unhurried, he could strike up a conversation with anyone and make them feel like an old friend. Genuine and loyal, he never hesitated to help someone in need and was a constant source of strength and support to those he loved. Along with his warmth and humor, Leo carried a natural creative talent-expressed through his artistry, craftsmanship, and eye for beauty in everything from homes to stained glass and beyond. He is reunited with his loving and devoted parents, Leonard J. Gallucci, Sr., and Mary F. Gallucci; the resplendent love of his life, Janet Love Gallucci; and his half-brothers, Dennis L. Gallucci and Johnny Ray Dupler. He leaves behind his brother, James P. Gallucci (Cheryl Hill-Gallucci); sisters, Lynda Gallucci and Gina Veltheims; daughters, Lea Love Gallucci and Lindsey Love Jenks (Casey); and his cherished grandchildren, Summer Love and Aspen Love Jenks. He is also survived by his nephew, Ricky Kulp, and nieces, Krystin Perry (Michael) and Lauren Veltheims. He shared meaningful relationships throughout his life, including with Jodie Marshall and Alissa Grashel, who each held a special place in his heart. Leo's legacy of craftsmanship, kindness, and heart will continue to live on through his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 3-6 pm at John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W 5th Ave, Columbus 43212. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10 am in the Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel inside Saint Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio, 43137 with gravesite interment following. To celebrate Leo's spirit, guests are invited to wear Buckeye attire at Wednesday's visitation.
