Obituary

Lawrence Raymond "Huck" Camp Sr., age 86, passed away on Wednesday, October 17th, 2007 at Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing. He was born in Claysville, PA, graduated from Claysville High School, Class of 1938 and was class president. He also attended the University of Oklahoma. Larry joined the Army Air Force/US Air Force in 1939 and served in the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor, the battle of Midway, Normandy, Northern France and Rhineland achieving the rank of Major and was also awarded the Bronze Star. He was a founding partner of Sensotec and proudly dedicated 30+ years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family vacationing at the family cottage in Canada, West Virginia and the winter home in Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents Lonnie and Margaret, 10 siblings and his beloved wife of 61 years Doris. Survived by sons James R.(Patricia), Lawrence R., Jr.(JoAn) and Ronald R., grandchildren, USAF Maj. James(Cynthia), Scott(Meredeth), Carrie(Timothy)Domer, Todd Camp, Jennifer(Charlie)Rife, Brian & Kristina Camp, and Katie Camp, great grandchildren, James, Jordan & Remy Camp, Brittany Lawhon, Timothy & Lauren Domer, Lily & Jack Camp and Peyton & Quinn Rife and his sister Lela Howard of Washington, PA. Friends may call SUNDAY, October 21st, 2007 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 2:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM on MONDAY, October 22nd, 2007 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery, 3225 Dublin Road, Hilliard, Ohio. A special thanks to all the staff at the Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing, Home Reach Hospice, Comfort Keepers and the Kobacker House.
