Joseph D. Michael, age 59, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on July 31, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio. Joe was the son of the late James and Mary Michael. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Pat and Matt Michael; and sisters, Mary Grant and Ann Harr. Joe is survived by children, Nathan and Dennelle (Zack); grandchildren, Landon, Loki and Thorin; brothers, Jay (Elvira) Michael, Jon (Sharon) Michael, Kevin (Terri) Michael, and Tom (Lynn) Michael. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. Joe enjoyed being with friends and family for gatherings, was a Buckeye fan, and his quick wit and sense of humor always filled the room with laughter. Joe worked in drywall and construction for many years. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 4-7 pm at John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43212. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 12:00 pm at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel inside the St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S.
