I think for the first 15-20 of my life he was the big brother I never had. The hours we spent together as youths made us more like family than anything else. For years we shared meals and time with each family with Mama Betty or Mama Rosemary making sure we always had dinner. Playing till the street lights came on and being up the next morning playing basketball at the Perry’s. Goodbye brother rest in peace. My condolences to the rest of the family. Much love from the Phelps family.
