Henry DiSalvo went to be with the angels on Saturday, September 4, 2010. He was born November 28, 1944 in South Kingstown, Rhode Island and was a US Air Force veteran. He retired from being a Columbus City inspector after 33 years. He was a most loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend to so many people. "We Give And Take." He was preceded in death by parents, Henry F. DiSalvo and Ada Gertrude Morrill DiSalvo; brother, Daniel L. DiSalvo; niece, Sierra L. Fauver. Survived by spouse, Elaine Casey DiSalvo; sons: Henry D. (Leonor), Michael A. (Heather), and Daniel P. (Sara); grandchildren: Brandon, Chris, Christian, Madeline, Meredith, Sydney, Olivia and Evelyn. Henry's siblings: Joseph DiSalvo (Laurie), Mary (Ronald) Taylor DiSalvo, and Marsha (Charles) Austin DiSalvo. Also, many cousins, nephews, and dear friends. Friends may call TUESDAY, September 7, 2010 at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE, 1177 W. 5th Avenue, from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:45 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on WEDNESDAY, September 8, 2010 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue, Rev. Msgr. John K. Cody, Presider. FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT THE CHURCH. We especially and sincerely thank Riverside Methodist Hospital and Kobacker House Hospice Staff.
