Helen Marie Sabo, passed away on April 19, 2012, at First Community Village surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 10, 1918 in Columbus and resided in the Columbus/Dublin area her entire 93 years of life.

Your aunt Kathleen gave me this address so I could send you my condolences as I did to her. I hope you will receive them. As I told her, I remember very well your mother Helen that I met with your father Vic long ago the first time I came to Columbus with Charleen in the seventies, and a few times since then. I tough of her as a very gentle and noble person, joyfull and calm. I also remember you kids, maybe more Pat who came in Montréal 25 years ago, and Georges. I think this is a terrible blow for you all, doubled by your father's dead not even a year ago. I wish you relief in your mourning and look upon seing you in a near future.
ps Excuse may poor english...

George the one time that I met your mom and dad they welcomed me into their home as if I were their son. They made me feel as if I were part of the family. I will never forget that or the wonderful lunch mom made for you and I. Talking with your dad and going through the old photos made my day. From Vietnam to present you have always been a friend and brother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Gary and Barbara Fisher

Our hearts and love go out to the entire family. Aunt Helen was one of my very favorite aunts and I am so honored to have one of her art works that she personally gave me several years ago. We all know she is in a better place with all of her loved ones and is now looking down on us praying that we too, will join all of them in Heaven. She will be remembered by many for her love and her sweetness.

Love,

Paul and Dee

Our condolences to you and yours. Your family is truley special, we enjoyed a Thanksgiving celebration several years ago and then knew why Sabo's are such good people, because of their parents. Their legacy lives on through all the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Know that they are both "all knowing" and can continue to impact all life through the mystery of death. Remember that Jesus promised us salvation and through the sacraments we live forever. Faith is believing that they live and you will see them again. God Bless you during this time of reminescing about their life on earth. Cliff, Janine, Hunter Breana and Jessica
