I am at a loss for words right now. I just found out that Glad was sick a month or so ago. I just found out today that she passed. I thought about her several times over the past decade. We were the best of friends starting in junior high and lasting until sometime in our early adulthood. We eventually grew apart at some point I guess – life just went in a different direction for each of us. If you miss someone, pick up the phone and just call. I only wish I would have as now I will never get that chance. I will truly miss my first ever best friend and honestly, I’ve never had another since. Rest in peace Glad, you will be dearly missed more than you will ever know.

There was a time when you didn't have the time...and you took the time.
There was a time when you had enough cares of your own...and yet you still cared.
There was a time when you had given enough...and you still gave.
You were and still are a gift from God for us all for all of eternity.
I will never forget the love that Gladys,Sumiko and Betty so freely gave. So sorry for your loss.
