Gary Dane Venturino passed away on September 28, 2023 in Columbus, OH. He was born January 16, 1947 in Portsmouth, OH. He is predeceased by his father, Joseph (1995) and mother Jennie (2005). He is survived by son, Ron Venturino of Stockton, CA; grandsons, Stephen and Nathan of Stockton, CA.; brothers, Jerry (Paula) Venturino of Soddy Daisy, TN and Michael (Julie) Venturino of Stockton, CA; best friend, Teresa Clayton of Grandview Heights, OH; son Jonathan Venturino and daughter Smita Carpenter of Columbus, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Gary was a veteran of the US Army Reserves and a member of the Columbus Italian Club. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43212 from 3-6pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 6pm with a burial to follow the next day at the Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
