I am so, so sorry to hear this news. Frank was always a big help, (sometimes a savior), with our homes and reinvestment properties over the years. However, he was always a good friend and dependable neighbor FIRST. I believe that’s what set him apart in business and the Hilliard Community, he for sure figured it out.
My sincere condolences to the Perrotta family during this difficult time.

Frank was the light and escape of my youth. From 1st grade into high school we did everything together. We played football, basketball and baseball depending on the season. We played for St Brendan’s Dolphins together. He the tailback and me the fullback. We became altar boys together too. We rode bikes all over with big trips to the Scioto View Pharmacy or into Hilliard. Friday night’s were sleep overs at his house, mine or John Spencer’s’. Mrs Perotta always had spaghetti on fridays so we always tried to stay there first. We hunted back in the fields and woods and swam in the pool anytime we could. Marsha and Rita use to tease us all the time. The whole family home emulated love, caring and friendship. I thank God for experience with Frank and all his family.

I am so sorry that Frank was taken so soon. I smile when I recall memories of when we were young and our mothers would visit over coffee at his family’s home.
