Rarely have I been in the presence of a man with such authentic integrity and great Christian values as Mr. Sliemers. He set the bar high by raising a great family who have honored and revered both of their parents with a fervent and abiding love. His legacy of faith has been lived out in front of his grandchildren as well, and they will undoubtedly be affected by the loss of this great patriarch. As a lifelong friend of Steve’s I am so grateful that I witnessed a life well-lived up close, and I will cherish the memories. God bless Mr. Sliemers and may the family rejoice knowing that he is theirs, now and forever.
He is now in Heaven with his beautiful bride in the presence of Jesus!
Blessed, indeed.
