Christopher F. Iacoboni, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend died unexpectedly, August 20, 2013, at Riverside Methodist Hospital surrounded by his family and loved ones. At age 64, he left us much too early, but now joins his father and mother, Dominic and Mary Iacoboni, in Heaven. He was a graduate of Ready High School and Capital University in Columbus. Chris is survived by his wife of 25 years, Deborah; children, Christopher John "C.J." Iacoboni, Jason (Andrea) Iacoboni and Carrie Ann (Jeremy Seabolt) Renick; sister, Joyce (Louis) Nobile; the mother of his children, Karen Davis; grandchildren, Parker, Keaton, Finn, Dominic and Noah; nephews, Mark and Martin Nobile. A former high school and college football player, he enjoyed following his favorite team, Notre Dame. He was formerly employed by Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware and previously worked for Wendy’s and Children’s Hospital in Columbus. During retirement Chris enjoyed gardening, cooking outside on his grill, working on his computer, and having visits with his children, grandchildren, sister and friends. Being a traditionalist, Chris and Deborah hosted many family gatherings during holidays, including Thanksgiving and July Fourth and wouldn't miss attending Christmas at his sister's. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., on Friday, August 23, 2013, at THE JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue with a Prayer Service at 2:00 p.m. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 24, 2013, at St. Timothy Church, 1088 Thomas Lane, Columbus. So sorry to hear of your loss. Chris was quite a fixture in our home as we grew up. He and my brothers Joey and Stevie, were friends all through school. Chris was always smiling, with a very pleasant attitude and a respect for others. I'm sure he will be missed by his family and Friends. Although his passing brought sadness to my heart, it also brought up some wonderful memories of my childhood. With Sincere Condolences, Mary Jo Apisa

Debbie, CJ, Jason, and Carrie,
Although its been 16 years since we've been neighbors I never forgotten you. You guys are great. Chris was always playful and fun. There was always plenty of laughs when we got together for a few drinks. I think Chris enjoyed the basketball games Jason and I would play almost as much as Jason and I did. As a young couple with two kids money was scarce. Danny as a preemie-baby required a rare expensive formula. Chris was able to get us free samples from the distributor that saved us financially. Chris and Iacoboni family will always have a special place in my prayers.
God bless.

I played football and wrestled with Chris at Ready.
I have fond memories as I think back on those days.
My apologies for not being able to make it to the services. Know that your family will be in our prayers for strength and peace.
God bless

Although I did not know Mr. Iacoboni, I do know his son Chris, who is thoughtful, funny, loving, and truly honored his father. Traits like that come from ones parents, which says so much about his father. My condolences to all who knew and loved Mr. Iacoboni.
