I read in the paper today that Angie has passed and I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful woman she was. She will always have a very special spot in my heart for all that she did for me and I will never forget her and her kindness. She taught me so much in
that kitchen at Giovanni's. Not only did she teach me how to cook, but she gave me so many life lessons. At a time in my life when I was so clueless and confused, she would talk to me so openly and straight-forward, as only Angie could. In my life, Angie made a difference. She understood what it was like for me to grow up without a mother and, as she did with many people, she took me under her wing. I had never seen anyone who loved her family so much as Angie did, and by watching her I got to know how it should be. I think I'm a better mother to my children for having known Angie. So, along with much sage advice that she gave me,she taught me also by example. I'm truly grateful for the time that I spent with Ange.
Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Mary Adams

I can not tell you how sorry I am at the loss of MaMa. And I can't tell you how sorry I am that I can not be there to tell you in person. I tried to see if I could get home for the funeral service tomorrow, but I did not have any luck. Bob will be there this evening for both of us, but must work on Wed.
I love you all and again apologize for my absence. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Carol Corbin Wilcox.
