Mary Ann and I lived across Elmwood from Bill and Alberta for 25 years . Those were probably the most enjoyable years of my life . One of my fondest memories is going fishing at Lake Erie , Bill and Alberta would catch hundreds of Lake Erie Perch and Mary and I would catch very few . Each summer they would hold a fish fry for all the neighbors with Perch , Hush Puppies and all of the other goodies . Un-fortunately , those days are gone forever . Tom

I lived in Alberta's neighborhood for many years, first as a youngster and then as an adult while raising my own youngsters. I will always remember Bert's smile and gentle words, along with her lovely garden, of which she was so justly proud. She was truly a kind lady.

Dear Willeen:
I completely lost you and/or your family somewhere in time. Think of our grade school days each time I drive down Raleigh Ave. Fun without responsibility!
My condolences to you and your family in the loss of your mother. Will be thinking of you this week and especially Aug. 29.
