Obituary
Addison "Sonny" Nicklaus Lewis, Jr., 76, of Grove City, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013, peacefully at home. Born, March 13, 1937, in Columbus, Ohio and preceded in death by his parents, Addison and Thelma Lewis; sister, Shirley Hagans; sisters-in-law, Lorina Bolin and Myra Lusignolo; brother-in-law, David Grannan. Along with his wife of 57 years Norma, he is survived by his children, Cindi (Dave) Schroeder, Jeff (Andrea) Lewis, Don Lewis, Tina O'Donnell; grandchildren, Ashley, Kara and Adam Lewis, Matt (Bettina) Schroeder, Mike (Lori) Schroeder; great-grandchildren, Parker and Oliver Schroeder; sister and brothers, Joann Grannan, Robert (Lynn) Lewis, Jack (Stasi) Lewis; brothers-in-law, John Lusignolo, Jr. (Norma Pospichel), James Lusignolo and Wilbur (Susan) Bolin; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends and his partner in crime, Sammi. Sonny worked many years for Miller Construction and later became a self-employed contractor at Camco Construction. His real passion was his work as a former member of the Columbus Auxiliary Police Department and a reserve officer with the Franklin Township Police Department. He was a member of the Swiss Club, FOPA, Moose Lodge #11 and Knights of Columbus #2898. He truly enjoyed cooking for his family, golfing, fishing, and joking with his friends at the coffee shop (he will miss you all). Family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m.. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 28, 2013, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3730 Broadway, Grove City. Fr. Daniel J. Millisor, Presider. Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus (43215) in Sonny's memory. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church for Sonny's funeral Mass.

Norma & Family: Our deepest sympathy to you all in the loss of Sonny. What happy memories we have when we were all neighbors! He always had a joke and a laugh and that twinkle in his eye for everyone! He was so proud of his grandchildren and their accomplishments.
