Katherine is survived by her Father, Donald (Shannon Sisco); Mother, Mariah (Anthony Tatman) Miller; Sister, Stephanie Miller; Grandparents, David (Lisa) Mabry, Dale (Claudia) Leach; Great-Grandparents, Jim (Julia Emanuele) Harris and Donald Garrett; Uncles, Jack W. Miller, Mike Miller, Nicholas Miller and Benton Lovell, Mark Maynard and Donald Garrett II; Aunts, Lori (Mike) Fournier, Amanda (Matt) Puhlick, and Teri (Troy) McConnell; Cousin, Jill (Micah) McClure and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
