Obituary

Pamela Sue Hickey, 69, a cancer survivor of two years, passed away on December 10, 2020 from complications related to COVID-19 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Pam was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Jim and Jane Sherrard. She attended St. Mathias grade school and graduated from DeSales High School in 1969. She also attended Ohio Dominican University focusing on accounting. She spent 41 years working in accounting doing a job she loved and spent the last years of her career at JSR Management. Pam was an avid animal lover and enjoyed taking care of the family's horses, cats, and dogs. She also enjoyed reading and watching ghost adventure television shows. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Michael; four children, Benjamin (Jenne) Hickey, Jason (Amy) Shick, Olivia (Stephen) Shy, and Megan Hickey; five grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Teresa Sherrard and numerous nieces and nephews.
No services will be held currently however a celebration of life is planned for this coming spring/summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Pamela S. Sorry to hear of Pam's passing. She was a lovely person. Cathy and I fondly remembered the four of us playing racquetball. Thanks for being a friend while I was at Greene & Wallace.
