Dear Family of Elizabeth, my heart goes out to all of you for your loss. It was always wonderful to see all the cards, candy and flowers and loving care you gave her, and all the phone calls. She loved you so much, it was fun to hear her stories about all of you. I want you to know it was an honor and a privilege to be her hospice volunteer. Sincerely, Mickey
