Obituary

Donald J. Maselli, Jr., born April 9, 1945, passed away on August 25, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald, Sr. and Mary (Ofrenzo) Maselli. Don graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and attended The Ohio State University. He retired from Anheuser-Busch after 30 years of employment. Don enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting. During his years at Anheuser-Busch, he participated in the yearly softball league and fishing tournaments. He loved sports and was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Don loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by his sister, Norma Jean McBride; his nephews, Chris (Cheryl) McBride and Jason (Kathleen) McBride; his niece, Megan (Sunny) Brown; great-nephews and great-nieces, Mateo, Jackeline, Owen, Emmett, Sophia, and Carter; and many dear cousins and dear friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts, those wishing to donate can make a donation to the American Heart Association.

He was a man with many stories & I loved hearing them!
He made me laugh often & loved eating all the meals or snacks I would bring for him! I will miss him & his witty sense of humor! Rest easy Don !
