Antoinette M. (Quaranto) Carfagna, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Mt.Carmel/St. Ann's Hospital. Member St. John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church and St. John's Guild #16. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Adamo Raphael Carfagna; parents, Antonio and Carmella (Romantini) Quaranto; in-laws, Ermogene and Maria (Magnacca) Carfagna; sisters, Judy (Louis) Bonaventura and Lillian (Joseph) Penzone; brothers-in-law, Eddie Carfagna, Vincent Militello and Jim Cockerell; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lucy and Vince Trovato. She is survived by her children, Gino (Shebah), Chris, Adam (Diana); grandchildren, Dante, Damon, Nicolino, Christian, Elissa and Gino, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Caden, Ellis, Avery, Cru and Rush Carfagna; brother, Bruno (Mary) Quaranto; sisters-in-law, Cecilia Carfagna, Phyllis Militello and Mary Jean Cockerell; . Friends may call Monday, October 8, 2018, from 2-8 p.m., at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus. Family and friends are asked to gather for her funeral Mass on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 10:30 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church, 720 Hamlet Street (at Lincoln), Columbus. The Very Reverend Father Robert Kitsmiller, Celebrant; Rev. Fr. William A. Metzger and Msgr. John K. Cody, Concelebrants. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Antoinette to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Vision and Hearing Center) 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN (38105).
