Dianne (Cacchione) Geramita, passed away peacefully at home on November 29th, after a two-year bout with cancer, first slowly, then suddenly. She was welcomed to heaven by parents Al and Josephine Cacchione and her loving and beloved husband Jim Geramita. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Segal and all of the staff at the Zangmeister Center for giving us two more years with Dianne, and for their wonderful compassionate care; also to Pam and everyone else at Mt. Carmel Hospice who made Dianne's last days warm and comfortable. Dianne worked 30-plus years at Jeffrey Mining and Manufacturing until its demise, and then more than a decade at her last and most favorite job, as a hostess at Cimi's Bistro at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City. Thanks to all the staff and members there for making Dianne's last years some of her happiest. To anyone who knew her, remember Dianne smiling. Please accept my condolences for the passing of Diane. I went to Holy Family School with her. I am in the same parish Diane was in and we attended the same Mass. I kept in touch with her through church. I always remember her as a kind gentle soul and she had always been that way even up to the last time I saw her at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. My prayers are with all of the family as you go through this most difficult time. God bless, Katie

We are greatly saddened by the passing of Diane. Didn't expect it to happen so soon. It was always a pleasure to talk with her whether is was on her walk, a visit, or at the Pinnacle Golf Club. She always a a beautiful smile to greet you. I know that God swept you up in his arms and took you into hid kingdom to rejoin your love ones. We will miss you as our neighbor and friend. God be with the family and friends.

We will certainly miss Dianne’s smiling face and gracious manner as we came to Pinnacle for dinner. Even though we weren’t close friends, she certainly made an impact on our lives. We are so sorry for her loss to her family.

Catherine sent me Dianne's obit. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I know it was a hard two years for her and for you, but she isn't suffering anymore. I went through it with Helen and I know the toll it takes on you. They are both with our family and friends who are home with God in Heaven.

I am so sorry for your loss. May the peace of God that excels all understanding safeguard your hearts (Phillipians 4 vs 6-7). May you also take comfort in what our loving Creator promised us and our dear loved ones: ȁCThe last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.ȁD𠅁 Corinthians 15:26.
