To the Family, so sorry for your loss. Hope you will be comforted in knowing that Guido has the prospect of being resurrected, healthy (in the flesh), to Paradise Earth just as Jehovah God has promised. In fact , the vast majority will enjoy everlasting life right here on earth as God had intended from the beginning. God's Kingdom will do this under the rule of Jesus Christ. READ John 5:28, 29, Job 14:14, 15,Psalms 37:29,Matthew 6:9,10, Matthew 5:5 and Revelation 21:2-4

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you all. The love and respect we both had for Coach Guido cannot be described. We were better people for having the pleasure to know him, and in my case, to work with the man!! May God be with you at this time and know that Coach Guido will have an everlasting resting place with his wife in the arms of the Lord. God be with you all.

Guido was always an inspiration to all he met. I will certainly never forget his words over the years. His memory will last forever. His guidance and leadership in all things, especially to St Augustine and DeSales football programs, has changed lives of so many of us. I am fortunate to have known Coach Guido, on and away from the field. May his memories warm your hearts now and forever.

Our condolences to you for the loss of a great man. I’m thankful for all the time he gave as my coach, and more importantly a mentor, both at DeSales and Otterbein. We all thought the world of him.

Dear Susie,
I was saddened to hear about Guido’s passing. He was a true gentleman, soft spoken and always smiling. He commanded respect. He helped hundreds of boys into manhood. I was one of them and will never forget how he helped me grow. Today, like, me hundreds of his students are remembering his contribution to their lives. I will remember him forever. With deepest sympathy. Steve Conti

Sue, Chris and Lori...
Please accept my sincerest and heartfelt best wishes on the passing of your father. I enjoyed thr moments I spent both of your parents. Naturally, I knew Guido better through coaching and other athletic activities at DeSales. I admired Guido. He had the ability to cross over generations and speak to players of every age. It was a also fun to watch him bring a 6'5" defense end cower to his own height. There was never a doubt of who was in charge. I will miss his humor and conversation. Trust in the Lord, he has your parents tucked safely into the palm of His hand. Blessings on you and your families.

To the Ricevuto Family

On behalf of the students, faculty, administration and alumni of Saint Francis DeSales High School please accept our deepest condolences on your loss.

Our school community has been enriched by the Ricevuto family, and all who have been blessed to interact with your family quickly come to understand that the Ricevuto family was blessed to have an incredible Matriarch and Patriarch. Their model of faith and love enriched all that were blessed to know them.

To say Coach was an iconic figure would be an incredible understatement. The true legacy of a person is if they can leave a place better than they found it...let there be no doubt that was the case with Coach. May your sadness be transformed to joy knowing that Coach is at Peace in heaven as he has been reunited with his beautiful wife and oldest daughter. Your family and our community is blessed with another Guardian Angel

Peace and God's Blessings
