Obituary

Mary Theresa Nobilucci, age 96, passed peacefully on Thursday, February 8, 2018, into the arms of God. Mary was God's earth angel. A devoted Christian-with a heart of gold! Mary lived in her home for 70 years. Mary spent most of her years praying, cooking and caring for her husband, her children, grandchildren, friend and relatives. She made everyone feel loved and of course never hungry. Mary's faith and family is what she lived for, and a trip to the casino or bingo. Mary worked at the OSU Fawcett Center for 14 years, little did they know they had the best cook on earth! She was a member of St. Christopher Parish. Preceded in death by her parents. Philip and Erminia DiRosario; loving husband, Geno; daughter, Judy; brothers, Orlando, Willie, Frank and Monday DiRosario; sisters, Marjorie Woods, Lillian Hoover, Violet Houser and Phyllis Wilms. Survived by her son, Louie Jr.; daughters, Mary Lou Sword and Vickie (Gary) Lybarger; grandchildren, Lisa (Daniel)Schneider, Alex (Jess) Lybarger, Jillian (Brian) Fingerhut, Danielle (Tom Chisholm) Jason Nobilucci, Art (Cherry) Deak, Lisa Rielle, Jackie (Steve) Novack, Julie Bartholomew, Jeannie Butler, Joanne (Todd) Armstrong; great grandchildren, Lacey, Brooklyn, Jimmy, Kenny, Michael, Nikki, Luke, Jack, Madison, Tommy; amd great-great grandchildren, Jaxton and Cason; sister-in-law, Betty Nobilucci; and numerous nieces and, nephews and relatives. Friends may call Friday, February 16, 2018, at the JOHN QUINT TREBONI FUNERAL HOME, 1177 W. Fifth Avenue (Columbus), from 10 a.m., until 12 Noon. Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2018, at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue. Father David Poliafico, Presider. She will be laid to rest in St. Jospeh Cemetery, Lockbourne. Please join the family for a meal in memory and celebration of her life. The family would like to thank relatives, friends and Dr. Mark Ricaurte who were always there for her. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in Mary's memorial to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Condolences may be sent via www.johnquint.com.
