Obituary

Loraine (Lamb) Lee, age 93, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at the Forum at Knightsbridge. Loraine along with her husband were founding members of Linworth Baptist Church. She was retired from the OSU Dental Clinic. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dr. R. B. (Edith) Lamb; son, Robert; granddaughter, Teresa; and her husband of 75 years, William J. Lee. She is survived by her son, Dick (Janie) Lee; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and her beloved Church family. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, September 7, 2017, from 5-8 p.m., at the Linworth Baptist Church, 6200 Linworth Road, Worthington (43085), where her funeral will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow, Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Loraine to Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus (43215). I first met your dad Bill when he sold me electronic parts. As the years passed I found out the your mom Loraine went to high school with my mom on the west side. Small world. I regret not getting back to Columbus to see your mom and dad. She always sent me devotional readings which reminded me of my mom. My thoughts are with you all.
