I wanted all y'all to know how special your Dad and Husband was to me... I will never forget the time he took me fishing on the river. His patience with me fishing and laughter we shared was something I have carried in my mind all these years. I have a love of being on the water or in the water as he did too...maybe some sort of inherited trait we are drawn to the water and it gives us peace. I see that in my son Jacob....Who is a great fly fisherman today. That memory of Uncle Danny and I is so dear to my heart, as if I was with my own Dad that day. I always enjoyed talking with him when I called because he made me laugh with some sort of country cliche from his past that I love to embrace. I wanted to get back to that river with him someday and now I will find it in heaven where we will all be reunited as family. I plan on trying to continue the touch of family present your lives, as I remember Uncle Danny told me he was happy for the calls across the miles we are spread. You are all in my heart and prayers. with Love, Mickie Lynn~
